We stand behind our equipment and provide an industry leading standard warranty to our UK clients for peace of mind.

General Warranty Conditions


All equipment supplied by Drax Fitness UK is covered by the below detailed warranties against manufacturing defects only unless an upgraded warranty has been purchased or provided. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.


This warranty is subject to proof that the periodic preventive maintenance has been carried out by the purchaser and the annual service has been carried out by an approved Drax Fitness UK approved engineer.


Any warranty claim on equipment purchased through 3rd party suppliers or resellers should be directed in the first instance to the purchase company.


Drax Fitness UK offers a limited warranty on the equipment it sells and is subject to the detailed Warranty Guarantee listed in the Drax Fitness UK Ltd Terms and Conditions.
