Using your camera on your smart phone, scan the QR code This will open up the MaintainX request portal in your web browser.

Fill in all the details of the equipment issue

This includes all your contact details, name address, opening hours, equipment type, issue and serial number along with any error codes. The more information the better.

Take photos and add images

The portal allows you to add photos or attachments linked to the issue from your phone or use your camera while you are with your equipment.

Submit the warranty request

Once you have filled out all required fields then press, the more information the better. You can also choose if you want to be kept up to date with your request.
