Our Seated Leg Curl offers Bilateral Stability Control (BSC) for balanced strength development, a Variable Resistance Cam for a consistent resistance curve throughout the full range of motion. The Range of Motion adjustment facilitates optimal pre-stretch positioning. The front handles facilitate hip flexion for optimal hamstring pre-stretch, while the centre drive mechanism prevents torsional flexion and allows easy side entry. The gas-assisted backrest adjustment ensures ease of use.
