OptiFit OPTIGN-006 Ignite Outdoor Variable Load Chest Press

The OptiFit variable load system on our Ignite outdoor strength equipment allows users to vary the weight they lift by simply pulling a sprung loaded plunger and sliding the weight along the length of the stainless steel rail to vary the load on each side of the equipment and the plunger locks the weights in place. Starting weight is zero plus the weight of the lifting, pressing or pulling arm.
