Our Arm Curl machine features our patented Bilateral Stability Control (BSC) and a Variable Resistance Cam for balanced strength development providing the correct resistance through the full range of motion. The gas-assisted seat adjustment ensures ease of use, and all adjustments and weight stacks are easily accessible from a seated position.
