  • How long will it take to deal with my support request?

    We aim to get back to support requests the next working day and within 24 hours of recieving the request.

  • Do you hold spare parts in the UK?

    Yes, we hold a range of the most common spare parts in the UK which can be shipped with 24-48 hours during the working week to our clients or directly to our service engineers.

  • What are the opening hours of your support department?

    Our phone lines are open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, we can recieve warranty portal requests and support requests through our website forms 24-7, 365 days a year. If we recieve these when the office is closed we will reply to you the next working day.

  • Can you recommend a service engineer, to provide preventative maintenance for Drax equipment?

    Yes we can, please send a request via our support portal with your contact details and address and we will be happy to put you in contact with one of service engineers.

  • What does your warranty portal actually do?

    All the details of every product we supply in the UK are added to our asset mangement system with the serial number, address and date of install. From our system we manage the servicability of every piece of Drax equipment. This enables us to effectively manage your equipment.


    When you submit a warranty request our system, once approved, converts this to a work order and sends it directly to our engineers with any parts required. Once completed it stores all the comments and feedback from our engineers for the life of the equipment.
